Meet the HPT Team

Tim Lees, PT

Tim earned his PT degree from Ohio State University. He practiced physical therapy in a variety of clinical settings before opening Harrison Physical Therapy in 1994.

Tim has received further training in BPPV/vestibular rehab.

He co-owns HPT with his wife Janet (also a physical therapist).

Gavin Shannon, PTA

Gavin earned his bachelor’s degree from Ashland University in Exercise Science. He graduated with Honors and his PTA degree from North Central State College.

Gavin is an AFAA Certified and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

He is skilled in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and geriatrics with additional training in Kinesio and Athletic taping, Manual Therapy techniques, and Sport specific rehabilitation.

Kyle Vollmer, PT, DPT

Kyle earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the College of Mount St. Joseph. He is skilled in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and has extensive experience in amputeee rehabilitation and gait training. He is trained in Dry Needling and utilizes manual therapy techniques to promote functional imporvements.

Kyle is actively involved with Mount St. Joseph University and sits on several boards as well as assists on occasion with adjunct teaching and lab assistant duties. Kyle also has a significant personal interest in golf and has taken continuing education training from the Titleist Performance Institute in golf performance and rehabilitation.

W. Andrew Middendorf, PT, MPT, ATC

Andrew earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree and Bachelor of Athletic Training degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph. He then completed a one year APTA accredited Sports Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Cincinnati.

Andrew is sports-ortho focused with a certification in Dry Needling. He has co-authored two chapters in two medical textbooks and presented at continuing education conferences on numerous occasions.
